HOW DOES THIS WORK? 

Once a sleep plan has been purchased, you will be contacted for a phone consultation. You will then receive an intake form to detail your child and give more understanding of your current situation. A sleep plan will then be presented. With an agreed start date, you will be guided to a restful night in no time. 

 

WHAT AGE DOES THE QUIET HOUSE WORK WITH? 

The Quiet House works with all babies, newborn to age 4. 

 

WHEN IS THE RIGHT TIME TO START SLEEP TRAINING? 

Healthy habits are best started as soon as baby is born. It is never too early to lay the most basic sleep foundations. Sleep training methods can be started with babies at least 4 months in age and who weigh at least 12 pounds. 

WHAT SLEEP METHODS ARE USED? 

Your purchased sleep plan will detail 2 recommended gentle methods based on your child's personality along with your parenting philosophy. 

WILL YOU MAKE MY BABY CRY IT OUT?

No! While a method may cause a few tears, it is only in protest of change. No method used will make your baby feel abandoned or alone. The method chosen will be one you feel most comfortable with. 

HOW LONG WILL THIS TAKE? 

Sleep training will take effort and consistency from you! While this is a process, and each baby is different, many parents start to see change in as little as 3-4 days. With each night improving, training can last 2 weeks with on going consistency.
